Adelaide Airport Terminal

Adelaide Airport has a single passenger terminal, from where both domestic and international flights are operated.

Adelaide Airport Terminal is also called Terminal 1. 

Present & future

Adelaide Airport Terminal is being nowadays expanded to be able to handle more passengers. 

It is part of the terminal expansion project expected to be completed by 2021, which will also bring new concessions, aircraft parking and boarding gates.

Levels

Ground level (floor 0)

This is the Arrivals and baggage claim floor. 

Services: Car rental counters, food, drink and retail concessions, ATMs, currency exchange, mail box, among others.

Find outside the terminal passengers pickup and drop off areas. 

Level 1

The first level grant access to the International and Arrivals concourse. Note that International Arrivals have separate baggage claim area. 

Find here duty free stores and VIP lounges. 

Level 2

This is the Check-in and Departures level. 

Services: Food, drink and retail concessions, prayer room, children’s play area, banking concessions, workstation, ATMs, currency exchange.

The level is connected through an airbride to the Terminal Parking lot.

The boarding area comprises boarding gates G10-G26, G50, G51.

Lounges

REX Lounge: Terminal 1, Domestic Departures, close to Gate 10. Services: AC, beverages, disabled access, free Wi-Fi, massage chairs, newspapers, magazines, TV. Service hours: 06:00 am to 09:00 pm (Mon-Sat), from 07:30 am to 07:00 pm (Sun). 

Virgin Australia Lounge: Terminal 1, Domestic Departures, opposite Gate 18. Services: Free Wi-Fi, workstation, telephones, mobile chargers, food, beverages, meals, newspapers, magazines. Service hours: Open 45 minutes to the first Virgin Blue flight until the last Virgin Australian departure. Entrance fee: AUD 65 / person.

Qantas Airways Chairman’s Lounge: Terminal 1, Departures level, opposite Gate 21. Services: Beverages, family area, newspapers, magazines, showers, telephone, workstations, free Wi-Fi. Service hours: From the first to last Qantas flights.
